Vintage VW Registration
The Zuffengruppe InterKlassik is a unique combination of vintage German cars and vintage planes will be on display.
In order to display your vintage Volkswagen, you first need to register.
Registration & payment in advance is required. Your spot is not reserved until you have paid the registration fee in advance and received confirmation from Zuffengruppe that your spot secured. Space is limited.
Drivers need to fill out the registration form below in order for us to send you a payment link.
A limited number of spectators can reserve a parking spot in the Reserved Spectator Parking area by pre-registering.
Once your application is received, we will review it and send you a secure PayPal link via email when approved. This will occur by August 15 as we are making sure there is a good balance of cars.
Please note that information entered into the form below is confidential and will not be shared, sold or used for any other purpose than for Zuffengruppe communications with the applicant.
EVENT FEE
Exclusive Zuffengruppe InterKlassik Vintage VW Entrant (1995 and older) – $80
Secures the driver a Zuffengruppe parking spot in the display area, collectable commemorative lanyard, a commemorative Zuffen 9 aluminum sign, and event stickers. Drivers need to fill out the registration form below in order for us to send you a payment link.
When you check-in at the event, you will pick up your entry packet containing the lanyard, commemorative sign voucher, and event stickers. Drivers must show their lanyards to gain entry into the display area to park and show their sign voucher at the Motorcultura tent to pick up their Zuffen 9 aluminum sign.
NOTE: To ensure you receive the branded Zuffengruppe sign, make your payment by Sept. 14; due to lead time needed, entrants paying after Sept. 14 may not receive one.
If you do not pick up your materials at Zuffengruppe and want them, the following week you will need to make arrangements to pick them up at a 2026 Fuelfed event or pay for shipping.
Approved displaying cars should arrive between 9:00 to 9:30am to be safely in place by 10am. NO cars will be allowed entry to the airport prior to 8:30am. Displaying cars arriving AFTER 10:00AM WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARK IN THE EVENT due to safety concerns. Coffee & the pancake breakfast will be available for Zuffen participants upon arrival. General public is admitted at 10:00am.
Rain and Refund Policy: Zuffengruppe will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, rain or shine. Sorry, no refunds. Driver packets and items that are not picked up at the event will not be mailed; however, arrangements may be made to pick them up if a request is received by the event organizers within 1 week of the event.
